Think back non-judgmentally over the last week. At what layer do you feel most comfortable? Do any of the layers of reflection make you afraid?

Spend some getting in touch with your desires:

• What makes a good life?
• What do you want out of life?

Spend some time reflecting with God on these questions and your answers.

• What does God want you to know about that?
• Are there any parts of your answers God wants to affirm? Challenge?
• What might God want to add to it?
