Practicing Sabbath

The Sabbath is a 24-hour time period set aside to stop, rest, delight, and worship. It is the best day of the week. In our era of chronic exhaustion, emotional unhealth, and spiritual stagnation, few things are more necessary than the recovery of this ancient practice.
This is a 4-week course devoted to learning how we can practice Sabbath. Week 1 teaches the peace and joy we experience when we take time to stop. In week 2, we learn what Sabbath rest really looks like. Week 3 shows us the delight we can receive when we practice Sabbath. Lastly, in week 4, we learn that Sabbath is a day set apart for and dedicated to God.
Join us as we practice the way of Jesus, learning how to build the rhythm of Sabbath into our lives and finding rest for our soul.
